How the Verification Algorithm Operates

When processing enterprise questionnaire responses, Attestly enforces strict anti-fabrication gates:

Any claim marked as "answered" or "partial" must cite an existing policy passage ID.
The extracted quote must be at least 8 characters long (preventing trivial word matches).
The quote must exist character-for-character inside the cited policy passage.
If any condition fails, the claim is immediately downgraded to "gap" and an action note is attached.
