Attestly ("we", "our", "us") operates the website loopproof.me. We provide security evidence generation and questionnaire answering tools for software founders. This policy describes our processing practices under international privacy standards, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Zero Model Training Policy

We do not train, fine-tune, or calibrate any foundational artificial intelligence models using your questionnaire text, policy drafts, or interview responses. External inference endpoints (Anthropic Claude) are accessed exclusively via enterprise API agreements where customer prompts are not utilized for model training.

3. Data We Collect

• Account Credentials: Your name, work email address, and encrypted authentication tokens.
• Security Interview Answers: Technical facts about your software architecture that you explicitly enter in our wizard.
• Policy Drafts & Versions: The generated markdown documents and up to 10 past versions saved in your private workspace.
• Usage Telemetry: Daily count of questionnaire questions processed to enforce rate limits.

4. Your GDPR & Data Portability Rights

Every user has full control over their personal and technical data:

• Data Portability (Export): You can download a complete, structured JSON bundle of all interview answers, policies, and version history directly from your dashboard.
• Right to Erasure (Account Deletion): You can permanently delete your entire account and all associated documents with a single click in your workspace settings.
