By accessing or creating an account on Attestly (loopproof.me), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the service immediately.

2. Permitted Use & Founder Responsibility

Attestly provides automated drafting and verbatim quote matching to assist software founders in responding to buyer security reviews. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for reviewing and attesting the factual accuracy of any answers exported to third-party enterprise buyers.
• Attestly does not provide formal legal, regulatory, or certified audit opinions (such as CPA SOC 2 audit reports).
• You must not use Attestly to generate fraudulent or deceitful assertions regarding security certifications that your organization has not completed.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain 100% full ownership of all interview facts, generated governance policies, and questionnaire workbooks exported from the platform. We claim zero ownership or licensing rights over your organizational security artifacts.

4. Early Access & Availability

During the early access period, the service is provided free of charge on an "as-is" basis with standard daily usage limits. We reserve the right to modify or adjust rate limits to preserve system availability.
